Social Intelligence Lab
The lab is a practice community for synchronous and asynchronous exploration about why it's so difficult to learn social intelligence. It will provide a space for a personal journey to understand own cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual barriers to learn better.
-
Social Intelligence: the ability to get along well with others, and to get them to cooperate with you.
-
Have others told you that your behavior makes them feel devalued, inadequate, angry, frustrated or guilty?
-
Do you want to enhance your behavior, so others feel valued, capable, respected and appreciated?
If this is of interest to you, solutions will include exploring your own VARK learning style.

For visual learners, more instructional videos and cases may be important.

For auditory learners, more podcasts and audio courses assist with learning new behaviors.

For those who learn best by reading, more books and articles on topic can increase your understanding.

And for more kinesthetic learners, Applied Improv and practice with coaching and feedback are critical for lasting behavioral change.
Since social intelligence can be learned through negotiation practice, negotiators become more aware of their own physical, emotional, and behavioral obstacles.
They experience greater emotional stability, increased mental clarity, and improved cognitive function. Many report that their body and brain work better, they feel better, and perform better. They enhance their abundance thinking, pay attention to their own and others' emotions, practice style shifting and new behaviors to connect with others, maximize physical health, and nurture a personal sense of meaning, purpose, and power.
By paying attention to the interconnected web of collective emotional, social, spiritual, and physical forces, negotiators can tap into "power with" (energy amplifying) rather than "power over" (energy deflating) negotiation behaviors.
Part of preparation involves becoming more aware of and making visible the invisible forces at the quantum, unconscious level. This awareness helps create a safe environment for coherence, empathy, creativity, innovation, and confidence, reducing destructive interference or disturbances in the field of uncertain potential. Increasing social intelligence!
